Terms of Use

Public Website and Early Release Interest Terms of Use

Last updated: September 1, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the public website operated by Let's Track The Deal LLC, d/b/a Let's Track The Deal ("Let's Track The Deal," "we," "us," or "our"), including informational pages, promotional materials, and any Early Release or "Keep Me Updated" interest form available through the website (collectively, the "Website").

These Terms are intended for the current public Website and Early Release interest experience only. They do not govern use of a future paid application account, subscription, uploaded transaction documents, automated document reading, or transaction-management service. Those future services will require separate application/subscription terms before product release.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. If you submit an Early Release or Keep Me Updated form on behalf of a company, brokerage, team, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to provide the submitted information.

2. Website Purpose

The Website provides information about Let's Track The Deal, its planned real-estate transaction-management product, Early Release updates, and related business information. Website content is provided for informational and promotional purposes. The Website does not currently provide a production application account, paid subscription, brokerage service, legal service, tax service, title service, lending service, or transaction-management service for customer transactions.

3. Early Release and Keep Me Updated Submissions

You may choose to submit information through an Early Release or Keep Me Updated interest form. Submitting interest does not create an account, guarantee access to any product or Early Release, require payment, reserve any particular feature, create a subscription, establish a pricing commitment, or obligate Let's Track The Deal to launch the product on any particular date or terms.

We may use submitted interest information to respond, send updates, evaluate Early Release interest, plan outreach, and improve our launch process, as described in the separate Privacy Notice applicable to the Website. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to submit it.

Please do not submit confidential transaction documents, client files, contracts, sensitive personal information, payment-card information, or live customer transaction materials through the Website interest form. The Website interest form is for business contact and launch-interest information only.

4. Permitted Website Use

You may use the Website for lawful informational purposes, including learning about Let's Track The Deal, requesting updates, submitting genuine Early Release interest, and contacting us about the product. You may share ordinary links to public Website pages in a lawful and non-misleading way.

5. Prohibited Website Use

You may not use the Website to violate law or third-party rights; submit false, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized information; interfere with Website operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; upload or transmit malicious code; scrape, copy, or harvest Website content or form submissions in a way that is unlawful or harmful; impersonate another person or organization; misuse Let's Track The Deal names, branding, artwork, or content; or use the Website in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website.

6. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content are owned by or licensed to Let's Track The Deal and are protected by applicable intellectual-property and other laws. This may include text, graphics, artwork, logos, branding, design elements, product descriptions, the Joe character and related artwork, and other materials. Except for limited personal or internal business review of public Website information, these Terms do not grant you ownership or any broad license to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit Website content or branding.

You may not use the Let's Track The Deal name, logos, branding, artwork, or confusingly similar marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may link to or use third-party services, such as website hosting, form protection, email, analytics, embedded content, or other tools. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and availability. Let's Track The Deal is not responsible for independent third-party websites merely because the Website links to them.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Website and any interest-form submission are subject to the separate Privacy Notice made available for the Website. The Privacy Notice explains what information may be collected through the public Website and how it may be used. These Terms should be read together with that Privacy Notice.

9. Website Changes and Availability

The Website and any product descriptions, Early Release plans, features, timing, pricing references, screenshots, availability, and content may change as Let's Track The Deal develops the product and launch plans. We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Website at any time. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

10. No Professional Advice

Website content is general information about a planned transaction-management software product. It is not legal, tax, brokerage, lending, title, insurance, compliance, or other professional advice. The Website does not replace professional judgment, review of real-estate transaction documents, brokerage supervision, legal advice, or compliance with professional obligations.

11. Website-Stage Disclaimers

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Product plans, Early Release timing, feature descriptions, screenshots, workflows, and other forward-looking information may change and should not be treated as a guarantee that any particular product, feature, price, or launch schedule will be offered. To the extent permitted by law, Let's Track The Deal disclaims warranties that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your particular expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Let's Track The Deal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or similar losses arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Let's Track The Deal's total liability arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent it cannot legally be limited.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Website, launch plans, business practices, or legal requirements change. When updated, we will revise the effective or last-updated date. Continued use of the Website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another law must apply and cannot lawfully be waived. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts in Colorado.
