This privacy notice covers the public Let’s Track The Deal website and Early Release interest form. It is not the full application privacy policy for the Let’s Track The Deal product.

What we collect

If you use the Keep Me Updated form, we collect your name, email address, professional role, optional company or brokerage, and optional message. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to website or Early Release questions and to let interested real-estate professionals know when Early Release opens. Submitting the form does not create an account, guarantee access, require a credit card, or create any pricing commitment.

Where it is processed

The public Let’s Track The Deal website is hosted using Microsoft Azure. Early-interest submissions are processed through Azure services and stored for this website. hCaptcha may process information needed to help protect the form from spam and automated submissions.
